Werecoverdata.com Or Local Electronic Store For External Hard Disk Data Recovery?

I was looking into data recovery places and i came across this site. Does anyone with experience know how much it would be to recover just a few gigabytes (at most 2) Or are there any electronic stores that you know that provide this service? (Circuit City, Best Buy, etc.)
I need to recover data from a damaged SimpleTech external hard disk by the way.

BestBuy/Circuit City will just try to slave the drive and run some software and charge you $100 (something you can do on your own for free). WeRecoverData from what I’ve heard is a “economy” class recovery service with poorly trained technicians. Anything they don’t know how to do they will just sit on for a week, then send out to a 3rd party. Your better bet might be a company called CBL Data Recovery.http://www.cbltech.com

data recovery software can help you. If your hard drive break down, it needs to send to the lab. But if only data have lost, you can choose a data recovery software online and also try that’s free trail to check what data you lost and how much data you can recover by data recovery software. You can try : http://www.hdrconline.com/hdrc_services.…
