How’s It Possible For The Data Recovery Softwares To Recover The Deleted Files ?

IT READS ALL THE CLUSTERS AND GIVE YOU WHAT IT FINDS ,
COS WHEN U SAY DELETE , WINDOW WILL NOT REMOVE ONTIRE FILE , IT WILL ONLY LEAVE THE TRACK OF THST FINE . AND WHEN IT HAVE TO WRTE NEW FILE IT WILL OVER WRITE ON THE DELETED FILE

WHEN U DELETE A FILE ITS TRACK ON THE HDD DOESNT REALLY GET ERASED . THE CHEMICAL CHANGE THAT HAPPENS IN THE HDD REMAINS . THIS IS THE REASON FO THE DELETED FILES TO BE RESTORED

When you delete a file it does not really delete It just erases the name of it in the master catalog and opens the space it was taking up for rewriting
