Best Data Recovery Utility?

I recently lost around half of my files and data due to the Disk Cleanup Utility on my PC. I would like to know which data recovery utility is best for recovering all of my files. I lost things like movies, music, program files, etc. Which program will recover them and put them back exactly where they were-the way they were? Price is no object for the programs. 10 points for the best answer.

recuva, for restoring accidentally deleted files.

It’s built into windows. System restore will take your computer back to a certain time/date. Very simple to use, found in the control panel.
If you haven’t already, try this
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
